TermZero is a free mortgage calculator and educational tool. This policy explains how we handle your information.
We do not require you to create an account or provide personal data to use the calculator. The mortgage calculations are performed entirely in your browser and no input data is sent to our servers.
We may collect anonymised, aggregate usage data through Google Analytics (e.g., page views, device type) to help us understand how the site is used and improve the service. This information cannot identify you personally.
If you choose to email yourself a calculation report, your email address and the report data are processed by Netlify Forms to deliver that report. Your email address is stored within the Netlify Forms submission record so we can verify delivery and for our own records. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set first‑party cookies for measurement. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension or visiting Google’s opt‑out page.
